BOOK A BENCH

MEMBERS –

£25 Day Rate VAT included

£125 Week fee (7 day booking Mon – Sun slots) VAT included

NON-MEMBERS –

£30 Day Rate VAT included

£150 Week fee (7 day booking Mon – Sun slots) VAT included

We have two bookable spaces which we rent out by the day or week to inducted members AND non-members; that’s right you can drop in and use them if you aren’t a full time part of the family (YET!).

These professional units are perfect if you have a project on or deadline looming!

So which is right for you and your work?

The Day Bench provides a 1.9m x 0.8m high top working unit in a 2.2m x 2.7m space, great for elevating pieces and parts of larger work.

The Project Space is a versatile area that can house large scale building and fabrication, at 2.5m x 3m it is ideal for work including poly carving or set design.

Membership A

£66.67 +VAT Single membership only

This is suitable for those who wish to have evening access or anyone wanting to build up their confidence. With additional storage space you can turn up and get going!

  • Evening Access 6-9PM TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY
  • Day bench rental available via booking system
  • Open access to workshop machinery (Induction required)
  • Personal Storage unit
  • Shared bench
  • Kitchen & facilities
  • Wifi

Nb: average 26 hrs access a month 2.31ph

Membership B

£50 + VAT Single Membership only

This is suitable for those who wish to have evening access or anyone wanting to build up their confidence. Bring along your tools and get stuck in!

  • Evening Access 6-9PM TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY
  • Bench rental available via booking system
  • Open access to workshop machinery (Induction required)
  • Shared bench
  • Kitchen & facilities
  • Wifi

Nb: average 26 hrs access a month 1.54 ph

Supported Resident Member

£137.50 + VAT Single Memberships only

This offers a unique chance to be part of a professional workshop while having financial space to breath. You might be focused on experimentation and need a supportive space to see where it takes you. It would suit those with some experience and a growing sense of confidence in their ability.

Resident Member

£333.33 + VAT Single membership preferable

£375 + VAT Joint membership (Will accept applications on a case by case basis. We really have to like you both)

This membership is suited to professional use or those experienced makers who can work independently and are keen to make a transition from passion to business. We encourage all our users to aim for this membership.

  • 24/7 Usage CAP on Tuesday/Wednesday 6-9PM

  • Personal storage unit
  • Personal bench unit
  • Shared office space
  • Kitchen & facilities
  • Wifi access

Nb: average 702 hrs access a month 64p an hr

 

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

  • One month mandatory probationary period
  • One month notice on Memberships A & B
  • Two Months Notice on Resident Members & Supported Resident Members
  • Inductions
  • H&S Inspection
  • PAT testing
  • No power tools/machinery 8PM-8AM
  • Over 18s only.
